Throughout history ideology-based politics has brought tremendous destruction to humanity. Only during the last century millions faced severe harm, suffered and died. Revolutionists and dictators proclaimed ‘the truth’ and started to build societies upon it. Still today, millions are tortured and killed due to ideologies. Not to forget those living under slave-like conditions in many countries around the world. Why is that? Don’t we live in the 21st century? Perhaps there is no simple answer.
Causes are manifold as societies are complex. At its core an ideology represents a certain set of prioritizations within a society in regards to individual and collective functions. As such we can’t get rid of it. Good news though, by employing natural patterns, universal laws and principles Natural Politics helps building robust societal systems. Moreover Natural Politics lowers the risk of ideologies gaining traction in our societies while at a later stage mitigating the negative effects those ideologies tend to impose on our daily lives.
In all matters concerning Natural Politics the Institute of Natural Politics serves as central hub and single point of contact. Furthermore the Institute puts the latest developments in the field on display and provides it to the general public as well as to professionals. For the future it’s planned to establish an annual or at least biennial symposium and to offer workshops on a regular basis. The Institute itself is arranged in four major sections in order to fulfill its purpose: INP Wiki, Natural Politics, Consulting and R&D.
The INP Wiki constitutes the Institute’s scientific backbone and works as in-depth knowledge base. Every statement and page is fidelity-rated according to its linked evidence in order to meet the highest scientific standards. Natural Politics consists mainly of two parts. The first of which represents a nature-based methodology for systems optimization while the second, a simulation software, embodies the implementation of that very methodology.
The Institute’s Consulting services include but are not limited to optimization of products, processes, strategies as well as organizations. Here, the methodology for Nature-Based Systems Optimization is applied in order to deliver a thorough analysis with substantial nature-based proposals for improvement. While these services address entities such as companies, governmental agencies or political parties, citizens as well as professionals will benefit from training courses for the INP Wiki, Natural Politics or the Institute’s certification program.
Another vital part of the Institute’s portfolio are R&D services. Research includes either assistance or execution of contract research as well as joint research. The latter touches upon collaborative work concerning INP Wiki-related topics, the methodology of Nature-Based Systems Optimization and prioritization methods. Development projects cover Modeling, Simulation & Optimization (MSO) of any product, process, strategy or organization. In contrast to Consulting, models are provided or jointly developed and associated intellectual property rights can entirely be transferred to the client.
